1. Licensed Brokerage Role
Abraj Khuzama Real Estate Establishment operates as a licensed real estate broker under the Real Estate General Authority (FAL License #1200051185, CR #7055368588). Ejar is an independent government platform; our role is preparing and submitting tenancy contracts through it.
2. Accuracy of Submitted Documents
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and validity of all IDs, Title Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Commercial Registrations, and lease terms provided to us.
3. Electronic Approval
A tenancy contract becomes officially certified only after both landlord and tenant review and approve it electronically via their Ejar/Absher accounts and required platform fees are settled.
